Meet Our Co-Owner: John

John is a co-owner of J&J Crew, bringing his dedication and strong work ethic to every project. Outside of running J&J Crew, he serves in the Indiana Air National Guard, working in cybersecurity to protect critical systems and networks. John is also a teacher in Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Computer Networking, where he inspires and educates the next generation of tech professionals. Additionally, he is a high school football coach, instilling in his players the values of teamwork, perseverance, and discipline.

When he's not coaching or teaching, John enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, fishing, and making memories with his family. John takes great pride in having the best-looking property on his block and strives to bring that same level of dedication and attention to detail to every client’s home. His commitment to delivering top-notch, reliable services is a reflection of his belief in hard work, integrity, and quality.

Jason is the other co-owner of J&J Crew and has been a football coach for over 20 years. Throughout his coaching career, he has been deeply involved in his community, working closely with his players to teach them not just about football, but about life. Beyond the field, Jason is known for his generosity, always willing to give his time and resources to help those in need.

Jason’s dedication to coaching and community service is matched by his commitment to excellence in every aspect of J&J Crew. He also served as John’s mentor and middle school football coach, forging a relationship built on trust and respect that continues to this day. Together, Jason and John bring their shared values of teamwork, integrity, and hard work to every project they take on.

While John may be the tech and numbers guy, Jason is the heart and soul of the company. His bubbly and personable personality creates a welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members alike. Jason’s passion for building relationships, helping others, and creating a positive environment is what drives the company’s success. He ensures that every client receives not only top-quality service but also a personal touch that makes all the difference.
